Alex Cooper is a financial professional with the PRISM Group of North Florida, a comprehensive financial services firm.  Originally from Ponte Vedra Beach,  Alex attended Episcopal High School and holds a Management degree from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business. In addition, he has earned the Series 7 and 66 registrations with FINRA as well as the Life, Health, Variable Life and Variable Annuity license in the state of Florida.  

He is currently working towards obtaining his Certified Financial Planner ^TM designation and plans to sit for the CFP® board exam in late 2010.  Alex has completed the marketing associate program with the PRISM group, a rigorous 12-month training curriculum that allowed him to gain hands-on experience by working alongside Randy Kurland and Roberto Costa. He has successfully transitioned into becoming a financial professional with the PRISM Group and focuses on providing risk management, investment and retirement planning strategies.

Alex's civic involvement includes representing IMPACT Jax, a professional and social development organization geared toward young professionals in the Jacksonville area. He is a special liaison chair for the organization and represents IMPACT Jax at the Beaches and Downtown Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Counsels.
